This job involves leisure staff work at a large ski resort. We welcome those who value a good work environment and even those with no experience. There is a good human relationship in an environment where many foreign staff work. Job Description: - Lifeguard - Pool monitoring duties - Cleaning and patrol of bathing facilities inside the building - Services at the poolside - There is a possibility of help work in other departments. Working Hours: - 8 hours of work during 5:00 to 24:00 (continuous work) - Overtime may occur depending on the situation. Salary: - Hourly wage of 1,100 yen - There is a 25% increase for overtime. - During the first two days of training, the wage will be 50 yen less. - After passing the swimming test within Tomamu, the hourly wage will increase by 100 yen from the following month. Language Requirements: - Chinese (standard), English, Korean - Intermediate level of Japanese (daily conversation) is essential. Qualifications: - Experience in swimming (approximately able to swim 50 meters in crawl). Holidays and Leave: - At least one day off a week - During busy periods, holidays may increase (about 3 to 5 days). Transportation: - About 3 minutes from New Chitose Airport Station by JR Rapid Airport, transfer at Minami-Chitose Station, approximately 70 minutes to Tomamu Station. - On the day of relocation, a car will pick you up from Tomamu Station to the dormitory.
